KJ - 10 year old male

Client Info: 10 year old male who is in need of a Caregiver. He has been allocated 60 + hours per month of respite services. We are waiting to see if he will qualify for additional services.

Mother is looking for someone who can provide services
Tuesday - Thursday from 5pm -8pm and
Saturday and Sunday from 1-6pm.
